PAYMENT AND FEES
I work with people as an out-of-network provider. Although I do not accept insurance directly, I will provide you with a bill for you to submit for payment to your insurance company. Coverage for my psychotherapy sessions will vary depending on your insurance plan.
I suggest you verify your coverage and inquire about the following questions:
1.Do I have out-of-network mental/behavioral health benefits?
2.Do I have an out-of-network deductible that has to be met first before I get reimbursed?
3.What is the usual and customary rate covered by my insurance for outpatient psychotherapy (CPT code 90834) with a licensed Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist.
Once you have all the necessary information, we will decide on my fee either during our initial /phone consultation or during our initial session. If you need a reduced/sliding scale fee, I will make every attempt to work with you based on your unique financial circumstances.

I accept cash and check as payment methods Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment, please be kind to provide at least 48-hour notice and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. If we are unable to reschedule, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
